I attended a nature journaling workshop last week.

We did an exploration activity with a dried flower and recorded our observations.

We wrote down what we experienced while touching, hearing and smelling the flower. We also expressed the same through strokes, curves and colors.

Nature journaling is a form of meditation. It relaxes the body and the mind, and helps connect with our inner self.
